The “Liquid Facelift”
A liquid Facelift, not to be confused with a surgical Facelift procedure, uses a combination of injectables to refresh and restore facial features. Typically, a product that adds volume, such as Juvederm, Restylane, or RHA® Collection products, is used with a neurotoxin to soften features and relax muscles such as Botox or Dysport. Volume can be added to the cheeks, outer brow, and nasal labial folds to restore and rejuvenate the mid-face. Jawlines can also be contoured and enhanced using these products. Botox or Dysport can smooth the forehead and lift the brows. This procedure would require a consultation and exam to determine if they are a good candidate. If significant jowling or laxity is present, they may be better treated with a surgical Facelift.
