August 2020 Announcements
Posted July 29, 2020
We wanted to take a moment and thank all of you for your continued support throughout this unprecedented time. We know we will get through this and grow stronger together because of it. We will continue to follow all our safety protocols as they apply to both our staff and our patients. Masks will be worn in the office, social distancing maintained, proper handwashing, and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas will all continue to keep us safe and moving forward to life as we knew it. Thank you again for your continued support.
Facebook Lives Are Back!
Our Tuesday evening monthly Facebook Live events are back! Join us on Facebook to hear the latest in plastic surgery or Medi Spa news. This month Dr. Antimarino will be addressing the top trending plastic surgery procedures and non-surgical treatments.
VirtueRF
Have you heard about our newest microneedling radiofrequency platform, Virtue? We are so excited to have it as part of our Bellissimo Aesthetics Center. This brand-new device uses microneedling and the heat provided through radio frequency to stimulate collagen production. Combining these procedures as well as using the right skin care and recovery system will alleviate wrinkles and fine lines, tighten skin, minimize the appearance of scarring, minimize pore size, improve skin texture and tone. It provides immediate results with no downtime. Come in for a complimentary consultation!
Physiq
If you have stubborn areas on the body that are resistant to diet and exercise and looking for a non-surgical answer, then ask us about Physiq. Using heat to raise the tissue temperature and a new scientific model than what is currently seen on the market, this device is being used in the treatment of stubborn areas of fat. Come in and ask Dr. Antimarino how it works!
Exciting Announcement Coming Soon
If you are a woman, age 45 and older, looking for something special to meet your aesthetic needs, we are excited to be launching a new media program just for you! Age is just a number! Stay tuned for our August launch date!
Spa Tip:
“Maskne”: This is an unfortunate side-effect of covering our faces that affects everyone regardless of your age or skin type. It typically presents as bumps on your chin, around the mouth, and any part of the face that is in contact with your mask. Summer heat can exacerbate the condition. Make sure you are using a gentle cleanser and wash your face before and after wearing your mask. Stay away from putting on a lot of harsh retinoids or retinols to avoid irritation. A key factor in alleviating “maskne” is to not wear makeup under your masks as it can increase the clogging of your pores.
