Vivace RF Microneedling!
This device is used for contouring and tightening of the face, neck, hands, and body. It stimulates the natural production of collagen, which results in tightening of the skin and the reducing of fine lines and wrinkles. This includes tightening of the skin on the neck and jawline, décolleté, arms, thighs, and belly!

We would like to introduce you to a new face at Bellissimo Plastic Surgery and Medi Spa:
Meet Ashley Orlandini, a registered nurse injector who will be seeing patients at our Monroeville, Shadyside, and Greensburg locations. She is a graduate from Penn State University and has spent the last 13 years in ICU and hospice nursing. Her first day will be on June 12th at the Monroeville office. Bellissimo Spa Tip: How to Manage Bruising & Swelling with Injectables
Pre-Injection
- Two weeks before your treatment, avoid products that thin the blood such as Ibuprofen, fish oil, and Aspirin.
- Avoid alcohol for two days prior to your appointment.
- Begin taking arnica montana, an herbal anti-inflammatory tablet, or you may prefer to purchase the cream to use post-injection.
Post-Injection
- Avoid exercise for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
- May apply ice and begin using herbal arnica cream or continue with tablets for two weeks. Bruising typically resolves within 7-10 days.
