Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid and is primarily indicated for the treatment of mild-to-moderate lines and wrinkles.  Hyaluronic Acid or HA is produced naturally by the body and binds with water to create a plump, youthful look. As we age, HA production slows. By reintroducing HA, in the form of Juvederm, into the area, we see immediate results with long-term benefits.

The Process of Injecting Fillers

During your injectable treatment, your aesthetic provider will apply a numbing cream to increase patient comfort, followed by an injection from a small needle or cannula. Patients experience very little discomfort during this procedure.

A consultation with our provider is a great opportunity to have your questions answered, discuss your concerns as well as the products that may be used to achieve your desired results. The treatment may take around 30 minutes to allow the numbing cream to take effect. Just as there are no two faces that are the same, there are no treatments that are exactly the same.  Most patients say the result of their filler treatment remains visible for 9 to 18 months.
