VIRTUE

Virtue, our radiofrequency device, can stimulate collagen production to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin texture for a more youthful appearance. This device can also be combined with a laser treatment to address scars.

Dull Skin

Several of our devices can help hit the reset button on dull, dry, wrinkled skin helping you stay looking fresh and revitalized.

Types of Devices

AEROLASE

The Aerolase laser is used to help control acne with minimal discomfort and zero downtime. Patients are instructed to continue an effective topical therapy treatment in addition to the laser treatment plan discussed with their provider.

CHROME

Our Chrome device is a state-of-the-art, multifunction platform incorporating different laser options using different handpieces and settings for complete skin rejuvenation. Pre-programmed skin apps create specific treatment options for our providers to use, such as the NaturaPeel, Décolleté, and Refresh. The Chrome device can also be used for melasma, spider veins, hemangiomas, and small dark spots.

GLIMPSE

The Glimpse professional skin evaluator is the ultimate consultation tool. We are now able to compare our patients’ overall skin changes as well as differences noted to the skin by capturing consistent before and after treatment images for easy comparison.

HELIX

The Helix laser uses a powerful fusion of technology to offer patients state-of-the-art skin resurfacing. Ablative treatments can now mix with non-ablative modalities for fast, effective, amazing results using one platform.

LIPOAI

LipoAI is a minimally invasive body contouring device used for fat reduction and skin tightening in the targeted treatment area. LipoAI is a form of laser-assisted lipolysis, one of the proven body contouring methods and an alternative to traditional Liposuction.

MOTUS AX LASER HAIR REMOVAL

About Dr. Antimarino

BOARD-CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON

Dr. Jeffrey Antimarino, a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 18 years of experience, combines compassion, artistry, and a Southern California flair in his practice. Educated at Pepperdine and Creighton Universities, he completed his surgical training at USC, specializing in aesthetic procedures, breast surgery, and post-weight loss reconstruction. Since relocating to Pittsburgh in 2007, he has maintained a California license, ensuring he stays current with the latest techniques. He’s well-regarded for educating patients and his involvement in community and women’s health initiatives.

What TREATMENTS options are there for the CHROME?

Pre-programmed skin apps create specific treatment options for our providers to use, such as the NaturaPeel, Décolleté, and Refresh. The Chrome can also be manually set for spot treatments, vascular issues and scar treatments.

How does the Glimpse Work?

The 3-D viewer provides visuals from various dimensions and angles of the face to assess the depth and size of pores, wrinkles, and skin texture. The unique AI predictive feature on the Glimpse system simulates the progression of the skin over time. This mode can also show patients how pigment, wrinkles, and even hidden wrinkles might appear without intervention. Using Glimpse, we can communicate through imagery to our aesthetic patients the information needed to make informed decisions about their skincare goals. We also offer treatment options to address your concerns and how best to maintain your skin in the future.

What makes the Helix different than other devices?

The Helix is the newest resurfacing tool that offers advanced fractional ablative CO2 and non-ablative technology found in one device. This allows our providers the ability to expertly tailor ablative and non-ablative resurfacing treatments to address texture and tightening of the skin.

What is LipoAI?

Is a Motus AX treatment right for me?

One of the breakthrough benefits of the Motus AX is that it is safe and effective for light to dark skin types. Whether you have fine, light hair or a darker skin tone, the Motus AX can be used to target and permanently remove unwanted hair. The Motus AX may also be used with tanned skin however, it is always recommended that you talk with your provider about your specific skin conditions before treatment.

How does PHYSIQ 360 work?

PHYSIQ 360 delivers two types of energy to the body: laser energy (LZR) to melt fat and electric muscle stimulation (EMS) to re-educate muscles. Thanks to STEP technology—which stands for Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse—PHYSIQ 360 can deliver both of these energies in one session. STEP alternates between laser and EMS in a single session to maximize your results while still keeping the treatment short and comfortable.

How does RF Microneedling work?

Microneedling works by applying sterile microneedles deep into the dermis of the skin. These needles 1) create microscopic channels deep within the dermis to stimulate the natural production of collagen and 2) deliver radio-frequency heat energy at the desired depths to promote the remodeling of collagen and elastin that tightens and lifts the skin.
